Trial and Introduction
Can I request an introduction?
When you share your email address with us, the theoretical documentation of SETAF2018 and other introductory information will be sent to you.
You can submit your email address via the form on the Contact page or the form at the bottom of the Home page.
Can I use it for trial purposes?
When you submit a trial request, a 15-day trial license is provided.
During this trial period, the software has the same features as the purchased version, and all main modules can be used in full.
Licensing and Pricing
What is the license fee?
SETAF2018 is offered with an annual licensing model.
The annual license fee is 500 $ (VAT included).
How many computers can I use the license on?
The SETAF2018 license can be installed on multiple computers belonging to the same user.
However, the license can be actively used on only one device at a time.
Can I use the same license on two computers at the same time?
No. The SETAF2018 license is not designed for simultaneous use.
It is not possible to work on more than one computer at the same time using the same license key.
For simultaneous use on multiple computers, separate licenses are required.
What happens if I change my computer?
Changing your computer does not cause any issues in terms of license usage.
The necessary guidance and step-by-step instructions are provided in the relevant training video.
Updates and Support
Are updates paid?
During the license period, all updates and version upgrades are provided free of charge.
How is technical support provided?
Using the SupportCenter module inside SETAF2018, users can send messages, images, and files.
In addition, users can access detailed information about using the software through the training videos and the program documentation.
If needed, technical support is also provided via phone and remote desktop connection.
System and Performance
What are the system requirements?
To run SETAF2018, Windows 10 or Windows 11, at least 16 GB RAM, a minimum 1920×1080 screen resolution, and an internet connection are required.
How can I improve graphics performance in SETAF2018 or solve GPU-related issues?
On most systems, SETAF2018 provides good graphics performance without any additional settings.
However, on laptops with multiple graphics cards, or for users who want the best possible graphics performance, additional settings can be applied to run the application using the high-performance GPU.
