• Delivery Method: When the subscription is purchased, if no SETAF account has previously been created for the customer, a new account will be created.The account details (username/UPN and password) will be sent to the customer by e-mail.The customer can log in at account.setaf.org to view the license keys assigned for the 1-year subscription.During program activation, the license key can be automatically retrieved by entering the username (UPN) and password, or the customer can copy the assigned license key from their account and enter it into the program manually.​

 

Technical Support:

• Support Method: Technical support is provided via the SupportCenter within the software.You can receive support through messaging and file exchange using this center.

Delivery Time:

• The license account creation and assignment of license keys will be completed within 1 business day after the payment has been finalized.

Right of Withdrawal:

• No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products: As this software is classified as digital content, under Article 15 of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the software has been delivered.Due to the nature of digital content, the purchased software cannot be refunded or exchanged.​

 

Payment and Invoicing:​

In Case of Disputes:
