2. Professional Responsibility and Support
Engineering Responsibility: SETAF2018 is a professional engineering tool. Users are solely responsible for input accuracy and model integrity. While the software includes validation layers, final engineering judgment rests solely with the user. The Seller is not liable for losses due to incorrect data entry.
Support: Technical support is provided via the built-in SupportCenter within the software, allowing messaging and file exchange for troubleshooting.
3. Delivery, Activation and Refund Policy
Delivery and Activation: License accounts are created within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Credentials are sent via email, and keys can be managed at account.setaf.org
Right of Withdrawal and Refunds: In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days. However, as this product is Digital Content, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires once the license key has been activated or the digital transmission has begun.
